| "A" for effort - "C" for service
Perhaps I am the only person having problems with VOIPo service.
The good: - Customer service. Very responsive and willing to please. - Sound quality better than previous service provider - Price
The bad: - Unresolved issues surrounding the very poor Grandstream ATA have left me with service about 60% of the time.
Given comments others have made alluding to the use of Linksys ATAs, clearly VOIPo did not plan well for this service. My suggestion to those looking for a new VOIP service is to look else where until VOIPo gets their act together. |

| Paul ... Just call Customer Service and request a replacement LinkSys PAP2T-NA adapter. It is my favorite adapter and from all reports is working very nicely with VOIPo. You have nothing to lose, considering the quality of VOIPo's quality product and service and support. The GS adapter sucks ... although I use the same adapter with PhonePower without any problems. |
