No longer available for new residential customers?

Please correct me if I am wrong.

I thought that Broadvox Direct (which is NOT to be confused with Broadvox for business, and also NOT to be confused with the totally different BroadVoice...) is no longer being offered to new residential customers.

 No it's no longer available to a consumers but if you already had the service (was Voip.net) you can keep it.
