The Bandwidth Meter, is it vaporware?

Are they still rolling out the online meter to users? I just looked at my account and there still isn't a link for it.

Not that I'm worried-I don't use close to 250GB, but I thought it would be rolled out to everyone in Jan.

It seemingly does not exist.

Two guesses:

1) They never intended to offer it.

2) When they tested it they found it put too much of a demand on wherever they store the data.

A Comcast insider says it is still coming. But won't say when.
