So pretty much I'm no better off than with my 5MB (unthrottled) DSL and 200GB cap for 30$/month. You don't need 100mbps to load web pages or watch Youtube videos.

I totally agree but a few user here who are pro cap or love cap think its good for all of us
They would love 100mbps with 200gb cap and 1 dollar per gb over that!
