I've been w/ Virgin for about 3 years or so. No complaints about them service-wise. Plenty of bars on my phone inside my house & around the city (only exception would be the underground parts of the Boston subway, where AT&T & Verizon folks DO get service). My only pet peeve is short battery life on some of their newer phones.
