Re: ISP Email Solution

Gmail works just like an ISP email now. It is even accepted by eBay as an email address that they do not require anything else for free

But still why can't your purchase a domain and have your own email address.

Just another excuse to use the ISP email and complain when it doesn't work.

well in Columbus Insight has RR email addresses. if Insight changes their ISP you'd be out of your Insight address since they're owned by RoadRunner.

It sucks to use your ISP's email address huh? Never know if they're ever gonna change and lose that address.

easy they don't have to manage the Columbus network. RoadRunner does.

I think more likely is that you might move sometime in your lifetime to an area not covered by Insight. I've had my yahoo email address since the mid-90's and never had a problem.
