No he better win the fucking trial. It's a bullshit trial anyways.
I do think it would be hilarious if the judge did find him guilty and as punished ordered him to buy the seven songs off of iTunes. That would be hilarious since the punishment would essentially be a slap on the wrist and the RIAA would have spent all that money on a trial only to see the guy wind up spending a total of $6.93 for the 'crime'. |

It might differ in various states, but I dont think you can file things like court ordered restitution on a bankruptcy. Im not 100% on this though. |
