Uverse installed last week - have some questions and issues

We just got the Uverse TV/Voice/Internet package installed last week.

For reference, the UVerse order is for:
Uverse TV (200+HBO)- replacing old SD Dish Network
Uverse Internet - replacing AT&T (pacbell) 6/1 ADSL with 10/1 package
UVoice - replacing Comcast IP voice service (voice only, never had cable service)

The install went ok, installer seemed pretty knowledgeable, but there were some things that went wrong.

For some reason, I think - due to the original install date changing, the UVoice service was not installed. It has been moved out to a later date (30 days after the initial service install date).

We ordered the 200+HBO package, but after the 7 day period when all additional package channels are activated as a teaser, HBO showed up as not subscribed. It took a day of wrangling with CS to get this fixed. The fix somehow pushed out the VoIP install a few days too (which I don't really understand, but .. ok.)This was kind of a PITA but is now seems to be fixed.

My questions:

TV service stutter/pixelate problem.
We had Dish for years and never had any issues with picture quality or service interruption. I understand it was not HD, but there seems to be little point in an HD source if it keeps stuttering and pixelating, defeats the purpose of HD I think. The installer said that the signal from the VRAD was good and my house wiring was excellent (recently intalled CAT5e). Is there anything that can be done for this issue ?

Old xxx.pacbell.net email addresses from the ADSL service. Do I need to migrate these to the att.net domain ? The CS rep that assisted with the VoIP and HBO issue was suggesting that I neeed to migrate these 60 days after the ADSL service is disco'd.

It happens to me too on some national channels sometimes (Planet Green seems to do it a lot), and the VRAD is behind my house. It's maybe 100 wire feet to my RG on a brand new drop and brand new house wiring and the video box hooked up with a 6 foot cat5 cable.

PQ is poor on HD. I don't know about SD. I don't watch SD.

It's not so bad on my 37" 720p set, but it's very noticeable at times on the 47" 1080p set.

It's wierdo, not weirdo. Yes, I know that's not the 'proper' spelling of the similar english language word.

Without troubleshooting, pixelation/stutterting is normally caused by errors on the line, bad fittings, connectors, wrong settings in the RG, bad box, etc... If your problems persist, give ATT a call and have a tech come out just to check things out and make sure everything is working w/ no issues.

Update:

called AT&T, scheduled a service call (next day schedule .. cool) and now all is well. Internet speeds up to advertised, MAX18 runs 16.4 down/1.47 up, and both HD and SD channels all work well with next to no noticeable stuttering/pixellation.

**HBO-HD did briefly jump once in about 2 hours of viewing on Sat evening, but I do not consider that a major issue
