First, it does allow me to uncheck the TV programming package but it also says the Coupon validation failed.

AT&T U-verse TV programming package of U400, or U300 is required with the coupon entered. Please select one of these programming packages for your order.

Also it puts a One-time $95 installation fee on the order.

Order both the TV and internet service. This will make the installation free. Cancel the TV service before the first 30 days are up. You should be able to keep the internet.

Yes, that is the problem I understand. There is no way to avoid the 95 dollar installation fee. But with the code, you can get an extra 25 dollars on that rebate.

There is no way to avoid the 95 dollar installation fee if you order Internet service by itself.

Get both the TV and Internet, though, and install is free. Even if you cancel the TV shortly after.

How long do you have to keep the tv service to get the $200?

I believe you get 1 Month free, and it requires atleast 30 days of U-Verse TV to meet the requirements for the rebate. So essentially, you keep the TV for 30 days I believe, and then cancel on the first day of it. But I may be wrong.

It is a 30 day money-back guarantee and it states you must cancel all U-verse services within 30 days of activation.

To get the current rebates you have to keep service for 30 days.
