The service will probably only be for U-Verse users and then At&t will charge more for access for the 360.
I would be shocked if they didn't charge you more to access it from the 360. |

While it would be understandable if they charged a greater rental fee for a 360 versus a standard DVR, it doesn't make sense to charge more for the video data. -- The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt. -- Bertrand Russell |

The consumer OWNS the 360, why in the world would I want to pay a rental fee for something I bought out right at a retail store?
That's like going out and buying a cable modem at Wal Mart then paying the ISP a rental fee for it. |

| You own nothing!! See here in America, the company owns you. You should pay double or even triple for items you already own. Why? because you want to support your ISP to the death, right? Stupidity prevails. I bet they could sell people on the idea, even if they owned an Xbox360. Sell it as an IMPROVED DVR and gaming option, and most people be too dumb to know what they owned would work already. |

This would assume that the service-provider is furnishing the XBox360 like any other set top box: it would be a rental. -- The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt. -- Bertrand Russell |
