The Internet is not working right anymore.. Webpages are running slow or timing out... Would this be related to the tv service cancellation I did this morning??? Tier 2 told me that they couldn't see anything wrong. But this started to happen earlier in the evening. Can anyone help me??
I have reset the RG many times. Problem still persists. Keep hitting reload on certain webpages or keep hitting enter on an URL seem to help it get loaded eventually.
reply to Scratchy I would think that if the TV service cancellation did anything to your Internet service, it would have cut it entirely. For them it's just a matter of disabling your access to their IPTV services, and I would think that would have little to do with the physical connection itself.
