THATS A heck of a jump,

maybe the reasone is because they're so callednstllaton tech are brand new hires,and have no previous exprience as to what they are doing,
or
maybe the service just isn't that good for the tv service vs the package price.
SURE GLAD I got rid of mine after only 1 week, I'll stay with DorecTV,
