What have ISP's done with all the money they've collected for being dumb pipe providers over the years? Instead of making improvements to their infrastructure, they've been stuffing it into their bank accounts. I'm sorry but if 2% of your user base is hammering your network, and this is causing you problems, they're either A) lying about those 2% of users causing problems for everyone else, B) Have ignorant network admins and are clueless about building a state of the art network or C) just out for more money. What's your pick?

People are dropping TWC for Uverse around here like a bad habit. I know people who are basically begging for AT&T to get VRADs in their neighborhoods so they can dump TWC. Yes, U-Crap has signed up 1 million people.... care to guess how many people they've passed who have NOT signed up for U-Verse or who signed up and canceled within 30 days? I bet that number is 10-20 million! |
