I'm not a fan of throttling, but i have to admit it is nice to at least see the details of throttling posted on their website instead of how it's usually done here in the U.S.

1 edit		 But even that, if it is a nightly cap, it's certainly a lot better than what ISPs in the US who cap are going at with the monthly caps.
