Somehow my computer was generating SYN Flood to Host when I was viewing websites (any site with alot of images especailly)

The problem somehow resolved itself, but now it's returned and I'm at a loss as to how to correct the problem.

I don't know if it's my computer or not, and I really REALLY REALLY don't' want to reinstall windows to correct this issue.
