Is 3web/CIA cable Internet not available in Mississauga? I tried signing up, and Mississauga isn't listed in the options, although it used to be there.
I haven't bothered calling them (yet). |

But anyways, I did call them and they said they do not offer cable in majority of Mississauga, if not all (he checked it based on my postal code). The same applies to DSL in Mississauga as well. The person didn't know why this is, or for how long.
Unfortunately, I'm now stuck with Rogers because of the distance of my house from the CO, and CIA not being an option. |

Newmarket, ON | Have you tried DSL is more safe than Cable,try acanac.ca and they are very close to you ,they are on the east side of Mississauga, so you should have no problems with service speed. |

My experience in Mississauga with 3web was not enjoyable... I only had their cable service for a few months before I dumped them.. The speed is all over the place, and if you use something that requires a little more stable levels, do not use 3web.
2 hours on hold waiting for support also made the decision to move to DSL a lot more easy. |

I had the same problem with 3web till I used my own modem and router, now I am connecting @ 3480kbs. It seems that their modem is screwed up , I was connecting as low as 43kbs.So far I'm happy |
