LordFlux : I keep reading that Cox throttles BitTorrent traffic, but have seen no signs of that. Could someone post up what behavior to look for specifically? I'm using BitTorrent 6.1.2 and have set the port up to around 37000. When I set my download/upload limits to unlimited, my 15/1mbit connection maxes out. I've been hosting MAME LD CHDs for several friends and they said they have had no trouble getting them from me.
