I still get about 50 RST packets every 10 minutes

I am downloading 1 file with a torrent. I still get about 50 RST packets every 10 minutes.

I have Comcast. I think they still forge RST packets!

Use flexible firewall like linux iptables to set drop on TCP RST that should lids on TCP RST so you won't receive any TCP RST packets coming in your computer

They are in the process of converting to a system that doesn't use RST packets. It's just over halfway rolled out.
