anon : I've had excellent service for the last 3 years, with almost no major issues. All of a sudden 2 weeks ago, DSL goes down. I call and they say it was a problem with the main switch in the area. They advise it'll be back on in 2 hrs. 6hrs later it's still not on and I call. This time they say it'll be 11am the next morning. Ok, so I wait till the next morning and now they say it'll be 12pm the next day!....this went on for 4 days.....they're offer: refund me prorated amounts for the lost service (ie $42.95/30 days)....yeah, so for the price of a latte, I'm down a week with no service and they don't care.

2 weeks go by without issue, now it's starting again. This time it was only 2 days. They said it's a problem with the pipe, but couldn't elaborate.

so tempted to go back to cable at this point....just about had it.
