| HD channels breaking up since phone install
A couple weeks ago we had WOW phone added to our service. We have 8Mbps internet and Digital cable (cable card/TIVO). Ever since then our HD channels are breaking up. At first it was really bad, WOW came out and apparently a splitter was installed wrong. He fixed it and everything looked good until a few days later when it started again, sporadically, on any HD channel. It happens any time, even when we're not using the phone and internet. Is this a common problem? |

@wideopenwest.com | reply to mtoy We're having the exact same problem right now. We just had phone service installed a couple of days ago and now the HD channels are freezing up. It just started today. |

@wideopenwest.com | reply to mtoy I just rebooted the cable box and the issue seems to be resolved. Just turn it off, unplug it for a few seconds, plug it back in and turn it back on. It may take a couple of minutes to boot up. |
