| Anyone having issues with NGC, TLC, HGTV, and FOOD HDs
Is anyone else in Evansville having issues periodically with NGC, TLC, HGTV, and FOOD HD? Sometimes they work great, then other times for no reason they won't tune in.
I'm on a TIVO HD with cable card, I've called WOW customer service 3x, they say the problem is on their end, but every time it's fixed, it just comes back in a couple days?
Any suggestions? |

Sounds like a signal problem, or possibly a CableCard issue. Have you had any techs out to check the signal coming to the box? |

I did end up having a tech come out..turns out it was a bad jack or bad line to the jack. |
