<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Hi,<br>does anyone know if there's a provider in USA that is not capping download/ updload consumption for business higher speed products (i.e : 20mbps or more). <br><br>I know that for regular high speed products (i.e : 10 mbps and less) most providers in USA and Canada don't cap, but I don't know what's being done for higher speeds.]]></description>
