<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1589586"><b>Kamil_eh</b></A> : Hey everyone,<br><br>I recently upgraded from Bell Internet Essential Plus which is 2 Mbps to Bell Internet Performance which is 7 Mbps.<br><br>Now for some reason, my download speed is still capped at 120kb/s. <br><br>The only reason for my upgrade was to be able to download faster, and now I'm not able to. <br><br>I ran a speed test at speedtest.net and here are the results.<br><br><A HREF="http://www.speedtest.net"><IMG SRC="http://www.speedtest.net/result/341000743.png"></a><br><br>Should I call bell and find out why I'm capped at 120kb/s or see if I can figure it out myself?]]></description>
