| [Internet] 16 meg profile problem survey
does anyone here have a snr as low as mine on the 16 meg profile i live in verdun in montreal/quebec my 4200 from speedstream with the original firmware seems to be having troubles linking and the snr is always below 1 |

| it obvious you have an line issue, your only syncing at 11M on a 16M profile. When the SNR drops to zero, you lose sync, time to call in a trouble report. |

| reply to smurphy29 I seem to recall the 4200 has stability issues with the 16-meg service... though some may argure its the same chip as the 6520, from what I read/saw there is an issue.
However, you should use the direct forum or call it in since your snr is non-existant. At the same time get a free modem swap to the 2wire. |

Doesn't look like your line is cleared for 16 meg. |
