| SMC2804WBRP-G KEEPS DROPPING MY INTERNET
I bought a smc router brand new.My friend has the exact same one told me how stable it was. HOwever i find it that it disconnects and drops the internet very often. The only fix to this is turning off and turning on the router. But then it happens the next day !!! I'm using bell dsl is there any configurations that i need to do besides use my enter my bell username and password. I looked at the firmware information but neither talk about the fix of internet disconnecting.
I've called smc and they won;t help me out with the product unless i pay for help because the device is 2 years old
any solutions? |
