Recruiting competitive TF2 team

The Stolen Eye is a small community of gamers who's real-life activities have halted their competitive TF2 play. We play almost entirely casually now, including many games besides TF2, but are looking to sponsor a good competitive team.

We have the hardware, bandwidth, and technical ability to help others compete in the online gaming scene that we dont have the time for. We're looking to expand our community and get our name out in the scene.

What we provide to you:

- A quad-core dedicated server in Chi-town with plenty of computing and bandwidth headroom.
- HD Codec Vent located in Chicago
- A custom website that can be tailored to suit your team
- Custom e-mail addresses (yourname@thestoleneye.com)
- Private FTP space for hosting screenshots, demos, and more
- Full server administration
- Full scheduling services
- An active TF2 player base that can be used to recruit new members if needed

Some features we are looking for in a team:

- An active team in CAL and/or CEVO league(s) with the skill set needed to advance to a higher level of competition.
- New teams are welcome to apply, however, all members must have at least 6 months of experience.
- Established teams need a minimum of 3 months experience in order to assess the longevity of the team.
- The team will need to be active and dedicated to our organization.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct and bad attitudes will NOT be accepted. Your team will be representing our name and any actions that tarnish our organization's name will not be tolerated.
- A serious effort must be made to advertise our gaming organization.
- All servers (game and Vent) will be paid for by our community. However, donations are encouraged...but not required.
- The more advertising you provide to our organization, the more we will be able to offer your team.

Re: Recruiting competitive TF2 team

Hey,

Good luck! I play tons of TF2 but there is no way I could find the time to play competitively.
