| [TWC] How to Access Arris TM502G Modem Status Page ?? I just had TW phone installed in Desert Cities TW (near Palm Springs CA) and they swapped my Motorola Surfboard modem for a new Arris TM502G modem.
Is there a way to access the Arris modem's status age to check signal levels like I could with the Motorola modem?
I tried going to »192.168.100.1/ like I did the with Motorola, but nothing happens. No logon page... no nothing.
I searched and found some Google hits showing »192.168.100.1/ as the status page for the Arris, but mine won't work.
Has TW blocked access to the status page? Any ideas? |

Just sits there a minute and times out. |

On your pc go to "run", type in "cmd" and click "ok". It will bring up your command prompt screen. You can ignore any info there, and where ever the cursor is flashing, type "ipconfig" and click your "enter" key. It will show you the ip address for your modem. You can type "exit" and click your "enter" key to get out of that screen. |

I hit the reset button on the back of the modem and I now see status at »192.168.100.1/ Thanks all. |
