Actually no I have never lost land line or DSL... or actaually I did dialtone for being accidentally neglegent, lost dial tone... but got on the still active (unregulated), DSL paid the bill, back on at the next computer update and with NO $40-50 RECONNECTION FEE I would have gotten by calling in... just thanks for paying and good to go... automation CAN be GOOD
