Yep, your upstream is using a DOCSIS 2.0 modulation.
32QAM @ a 6.4MHz channel width = ~25mb/s of bandwidth per channel. |

Hate to dig up an old post, but at least I searched before I posted.
Rob suggested that this testing would be done by Sept. 30th, but in the last couple of days my upload performance appears to have been increased. We are in a FiOS zone, so hopefully DOCSIS 3.0 testing is being done in the Northern Virginia area.
Here is a full 64MB upload showing fairly decent performance, and with a bit more "speed" than I have ever been able to accomplish before using the same file and test site.
Yeeehaaaa!!!!
These performance tests were done just before 9:00 PM local time.
Edit: Forgot to mention that my modem bootfile is still the same, d11_m_sb5120_speedtierextreme2_c01.cm. |
