A but my problems are a thing of the past and I changed my review based on the fact that as it stands today im very happy and my negative experience can be tossed out the window given the fact Verizon took action and responsibility for my terrible install.. as I stated I got 3 months of my triple play for free and mind you there was nothing wrong with my phone service and between me and you I exaggerated my experience a tad just like you only because I was pissed about alot of other shit. so and Im testing my internet using linux wich is not supported by Verizon and thats why Im not getting full speeds but it pisses me of that they dont support it but hey in the end Im paying only $154 a month for 20/20 for internet fios TV with every channel they offer HBO STARS CINAMAX one DVR and to set top boxes pluse Im getting a $50 discount for the remainder of my two year contract plus phone and a free LCD wich I got three months after I signed up. your dam right I changed my review simply put it to you like this Verizon rules and I no there far from perfect but name me one company better then Verizon right now there is none so skeedat im not downing other companys there records on this website speak for themselves and other companys need to get with the program is all Im saying. |

No one gives a shit about your experience with FiOS which by your own accounts were nightmarish. It took Verizon 3 month to get your services installed. You called your Verizon FiOS install "1/2 assed". You said your installer left without making sure anything worked. You said you had huge billing problems including double billing and that you didn't receive the price you were quoted. You said you spend 70 hours on the phone with who you called "dumb ass FiOS techs". You called Verizon assholes. That is your real experience with Verizon. |
