| Lowering score.. again...
Still fighting with them about this ongoing problem. So, I'm lowering the score.. My node is very obviously oversold, and needs split. However, the supervisors will not return my calls no matter how many times I leave them voice mail. They're very obviously stonewalling me. I have set up smokeping on my webserver and have it tracking pings to several IPs, and all of them show a definite lag problem beginning every night at the same time.
The only reason I don't leave is because I just left AT&T, and while download speeds suck, the upload speeds are fairly consistent which is important for the websites I host.
Assuming they quit stonewalling me, I'll raise the score.. But, at this point its been 4 weeks of daily phone calls |
