And why should they do that? Most people are completely uninformed when it comes to telecomm issues. BBR visitors are not a good sample group for determining people's knowledge concerning broadband issues.

When the local 11 O'clock news starts talking about broadband issues instead of the latest fire or killing from a city 1,000 miles away, then maybe that will change.
Here is the problem with your statement.

Once someone gets a hold of that blog post, it will get ripped apart by those who either do know or think they know. This causes more distrust in the company (this case being Verizon) and the credibility goes down.
