Has anybody seen the revamped show, now that it is on ShowTime instead of HBO?
Positive: It is now all in high def...
Positive: JB from Fox is now a host...
Negative: Collinsworth is still a host
Negative: They do not cover all games
Negative: Did I mention, Collisnworth is still a host?

| Didn't even know the show existed. Is the film tape and summary clips still done by NFL Films? If not then it's just another football show to me. I assumed that when INFL was canceled (without any pre-knowledge i might add) that they show would migrate to an INFL-like show that would use NFL Films tape but would run on the NFL network. If Showtime now have the show and HBO let it get away then it makes me feel even better about canceling my HBO subscription. No Sopranos, No Wire, NO SFU, and the first year in like decades without any INFL.
Curious to hear what the verdict as it could sway me to pickup Showtime.

I haven't seen it yet but I'm assuming Bob Costas is no longer involved... which is a HUGE positive.
The last couple years (when Costas joined) Inside the NFL has been terrible, they cut out a lot of the highlights/game sounds that used to be so cool and replaced it with a bunch of lame human interest crap (I realize there used to be human interest stories but the ratio had shifted far more towards the fluff).
Hopefully, it will revert back to the way it used to be.

But it does use NFL films footage. Ahd Harry Kalas still does the narration during the highlight reels.
