Re: Norton 2009 Product Line Now On Sale!

Currently running NAV 2008; my subscription expires in 1/09; if I download NAV 2009 trial can I install right on top of 2008, maintaining my expiration date of 1/09? Will it import settings from '08 to '09 version?

Yes, you can but I'd remove 2008 first using the SymNRT. Then get the trial and when it asks if you want to use a trial or not, input your 2008 key; it will gladly accept it. Yes, it will maintain the expiration date.

Or, you can download the trial and install it and it will remove the prior version first.

Anyway you do it, it works.

So if I just renewed 2008 which version do I download? The trial version?
Yes, you can do that.

Or you can go here and skip the trial versions... I want to re-download my Norton product.
