| tires for 98 Express
I have a 98 Chevy 2500 Express (short wheelbase) I am in the market for a new set of L/T mud and snow tires. I could use some suggestions. Are good wear and good traction mutually exclusive? I need traction and handling first. If I was concerned about ride, I would not be driving a van in the first place; so obviously that is not a consideration. Price, within reason, is not a factor. I run the same tires on all four wheels. All recommendations welcome with thanks in advance.

| We have several GM (Chev Express and GMC Savana)and Ford vans in our work fleet. We have tried many different brands of tires, with most being pretty good. The boss seems to happiest with the Coopers Discoverer H/T he put on the vans most recently. The balance between cost and performance is excellent. Most of us that drive them are happy as well. Here is an example. »www.uptontirepros.com/shop/showc···ype=3010 -- Quando Omni Flunkus Moritati |
