anon149 @vaxination.ca	New revenue potential for Teksavvy: While on hold, customers should be hearing ads for Tim Hortons. Teksavvy might get some advertising revenue from it, and customers might get a "Tim Bit attack" and just hang up and run to the nearest Tim Hortsons to buy tim bits (thus reducing the load on the TSI reps --- who would have more time to go to the tim hortons to get timbits

HoboJ join:2008-03-27 Trenton, ON	More often than not teksavvys on hold music is so quiet I can't even hear it. Hell it'd be cool if we could pick from a library of songs to listen to while on hold
