| um, suggestion for TSI hold music
It doesn't bother me, but it may others. I was put on hold, and some green day was playing, I thought cool, but is it the clean version, nope. A few swear words thrown...
Not saying it isn't great that you're playing good music, but the swearing may really turn off some users. |

| if radio/tv stations are allowed to swear on air, why can't techsavvy's hold music have a few cuss words on it, im not saying go crazy, but in a song like above whats the big deal?
You can't please everyone, only a majority, and I believe thats what they are trying to do.

While on hold, customers should be hearing ads for Tim Hortons.
Teksavvy might get some advertising revenue from it, and customers might get a "Tim Bit attack" and just hang up and run to the nearest Tim Hortsons to buy tim bits (thus reducing the load on the TSI reps --- who would have more time to go to the tim hortons to get timbits |

I doubt that the folks at TSI even knew there was cursing on their hold music, but in case they did...Cheers to teksavvy for not censoring their hold music just like they don't censor their internet connection.
Boo to you for suggesting censorship might be a good idea. |

I can't help but thinking, I'm out of it. And damn glad about it. On the other hand, I would not have been caught unaware to the contents of that clip (while inane) and also curiously disturbing.
