Can you post up your line stats for us to see? They might show something.

Is the only way for me to post line stats to disconnect my router and just have one connection to my Westell?

There is a way to get the line stats through the router, but right now, that's the only way. If you want to get the line stats while behind the router, there is a tutorial on this site for you to find.

As for your case Abc, can you post up the transceiver stats as well? Your speed tests might be showing your line is mis-synced.
