Hi all,
i am not sure why my uploads are so slow. My downloads are fine from what I can tell (3 meg line max). I have done the Speed test at Teksavvy and the uploads are killin me.

I did the DMT test and everything on my line seems fine as far as I can see, but then again I am new to this. See attachment... Any help will be greatly appreciated |

Your on the 4Meg profile, you should be able to do 428kb/sec down and 85kb/sec up. But you have a few errors on your line.
I think your upload problem is because you have webintercept on. Log into your modem, and disable it. |

| reply to sandyw99 Thanks for the help. I verified and Web intercept is already disabled on the modem. it is a speed touch 516 that I bought from Microbytes not Teksavvy. Is there anything else I can check to see why my uploads are so slow or should I ask Teksavvy to veriy my line to see if there is something that coould be doen for my issues on their end? |
