And how long will the roll out take?

parts of the Chicago area still don't have the new HD channels.

how much will they compress them?

 Those are perfect questions to ask the VP of operations for YOUR area. This isn't satellite, the local chiefs have control. I can't imagine these channels to roll out in a higher priority than some channels already released with higher advertising revenue. Can't wait for it on-demand
