Smithtown, NY | My neighbor has had FIOS for the past year and his rate just went up at the end of the promotion. He said the "C" word to the rep (cable)and they rolled his rate back for 2 years. |

Farmingdale, NY | When my year was up I just called and asked to re up the triple play, the rep did so cheerfully, I did not have to make any kind of cancelation treath.  |
