@verizon.net | $15 rate increase
Just received a letter letting me know my bill is going up 15/month.. This is my 2nd year. The 1st 15months were riddled with billing errors. Any suggestions on how to get them to drop this increase..Thanks for any help |

| reply to fred 12 Call them up and tell them that you are going to have to cancel unless they offer you the most up to date promotional deal. In my case before I finished the sentence that I was going to go back to CV, they told me that they could offer me the most current promotional rate. Basically, unlike CV, when your deal is up, they will give you the most up to date promotion, you just need to call and threaten cancellation. |

| reply to fred 12 I had no problem reup'ing for the triple play, but my rate was going up because the HBO and movie promotions were ending. I decided to give up HBO and save $16 each month. Also get the one free analog converter and send back a (non HD) STB to save $5 each month. -- McCain Vows to End 'Partisan Rancor.' Is that like being a UNITIER? McBUSH. |

| reply to fred 12 I signed up for the triple play last November. Early July and early August and just this past week I got the same letter stating the bundle package was expiring that month. Yet the bills clearly state the package discount expires November 2009. Verizon billing has no answer as to why I keep getting those letters. |

@verizon.net | reply to fred 12 Of course the rates have to go up. You didn't expect to get the new 1.6 bugs for free did you? |
