| okay so he knows about the noise profie , tell customer support you need a tech sent out now or you are leaving ( we call it a save dispatch) no bill and fixed at any cost if that will not help I have the # for dsg reps that have a brain the only way to get that fixed is (A) a tech is called out he calls dsg with his meter looking at the speed and pvt the line w/ dsg or change the dsl port at the r.t both require at dispatch forget the on the phone customer support do nothing |
