Well, there is the 7.1Mbps speed, but that's about it. Otherwise, he's probably talking about in congested areas where there may not be enough bandwidth for use. Basically saying, if your area has a lack of bandwidth, everyone is pulling into everyone's bandwidth and slowing everyone down, but if your area has left over bandwidth that is just sitting there, idling, you can get your full bandwidth speed. I'm wondering if he was thinking about PowerBoost though, as that sounds like it as that's what PowerBoost does. |
