Don't let the title fool you. I posted this article for windows users who have bought or are in the process of buying a new computer with 4GB or more RAM.

Yes. This includes DELL, HP, etc. computers running Vista 32 bit as part of initial purchase price.

While the article seems mostly correct at first glace, I can reduce the article to two sentences: Want to be able to use all 4 GB of your system memory in Windows? Get a 64-bit version of Windows.
