[Excel] Need help wit excel formula

How can I come up with the following answers to this
I need to find the
Cost per Record - Cost per Minute - Cost per File
On the attached Excel file
Need to get actual cost based on total cost, total minutes.
See the areas areas marked in RED!!!
Thanks for any replies!!!

This is a new formula my wifes job asked her to fill in!!!

I don't see where "cost" is on the sheet.

It doesn't look to me like there's enough information on the sheet to compute what you want.

The cost account is $0.023-need to get actual cost per name based on total cost,total minutes. We are trying figure out which customer costing less than 0.023 per name.
Would it help to know there are 22 biz days in July - this is for a July cost anyalisis.

Please explain the situation and example file's content a bit better.

You are talking about FILES and RECORDS for example, but there is nothing about those in your example file...

I don't have a clue about what you want help for...

Here's what I see on your sheet: The Cost/Record is $0.023 (provided in your post), multiply that by the number in column A will yield the Cost/File. divide that number by the total minutes will yield Cost/Minute.
