First problem is with step one. I'm not understanding the point here. The reason I'm installing it, is because it's not installed, so trying to uninstall it gives me an error.

The real question before I go on, is this the correct instructions to follow? Shouldn't I be able to do this through CNR?
For step one, you should be getting those warning messages as you haven't installed them.
