| [Cable] Slow speeds
I can surf the web fine but downloads and online gaming speeds are slow. I use ZoneAlarm, which I shut down, but could not make my IP pingable. I guess the moderm has a firewall built in but not sure how to access it. I'm a newb when it comes to internet speed corrections but any advice/help would be great. If I left out any needed info please let me know. Thanks.
