Does anybody have any details on this?

I read all the legal mumbo jumbo I could find on the website and could not find any details about this.

I've seen this before, and I think its in there as an "out" for them if there are any real major problems- like a residential user who may be running a very large business off his home service.

I have never heard of them ever imposing any taxes of fees for excessive bandwidth useage.
