You can also setup what applications they can use nor not. You can also block IE and everything they do or you can make it so that they can't even save their anything on the PC not even to zip drives. LAN Spy is another program it's free you can run it in the background and it can tell you who had signed on to the PC or who is on right now. You can be on another PC on your network while you do this. You can block sites you can see who connects to what in the logs, but If you really want to control usage then use the freeware program from Microsoft called Steadystate

With that program you can have it setup like this:

Sally

Each person can have their own account. You control what they can access or what they can't.
